Our fine distilled products are made almost exclusively with fruit from local orchards.
This is essential for creating the very highest quality. We also give the fruit enough time to ripen, in order to achieve the full flavour and maximum yield.
The ripe fruits are picked entirely by hand and carefully distilled. The number one rule in our distillery is to never add extra sugar to achieve a higher alcohol content. As you’d expect, we closely monitor this process. And the result of all this care and attention is in the taste. The full aromatic variety of the fruit blooms on the nose. The rounded taste gently oils the mouth and throat, without ever being disturbed by the heat of the alcohol.
